Terms and Conditions Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By continuing to use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. By placing an order through our company you agree that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years of age. Prices and payment All products offered for sale on this website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and charged in £GBP, but do not include delivery costs. For purchasers from overseas we will endeavour to obtain an approximate calculation of cost. We will always try to ensure that the prices shown are correct, but in the unlikely event of an error occurring, we will contact you to give you the opportunity to reconsider your order. It is possible that prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have sent a confirmation of order by email. Payment for products can be made via the Pay Pal invoicing service, but no goods will be despatched until payment in full, including delivery costs have been received and cleared. Ordering When placing an order for a product listed on our website, you are agreeing to purchase the item stated, subject to these terms and conditions. We will send you an email to confirm your order, and advise you of delivery charges and your expected delivery dates. All new orders will be dealt with individually. Product Information We endeavour to describe products as accurately as possible. Despite this, slight variations may occur as most of our products are hand made and finished. All sizes are approximate only and allowances must be made when measuring. It is the customer’s responsibility to check that furniture products can pass through doorways, stairwells etc. We guarantee that any product purchased through our website is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that nature are commonly supplied. Transactions We reserve the right to withdraw any products from offer on our website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content. We also reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any of our products from our website or brochure, whether or not that product has been sold. Contract Cancellation Please note that distance selling regulations entitle you to cancel your contract with Decorations de Provence if you so wish, provided that you exercise your rights within 7 working days after the day on which you received your goods. Customer Services, We can only accept cancellations that are received in writing within 7 days of receiving your goods, or by emailing info@decorationsdeprovence.com . If we have to collect items you will incur a collection charge. We strongly recommend that you are present at the time of delivery. Please see ‘Returns’. Orders from outside the UK If you order products from our website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Returns Where possible returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging, and we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price or repaired for resale. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that returned goods are insured as Decorations de Provence cannot be held responsible for goods that fail to reach us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you must return this at the point of delivery to avoid a collection charge. By signing our delivery note you agree that you have inspected the goods, checked that all items are present and in an acceptable condition. Law of Contract This Contract shall be governed by the Law of England and Wales and any dispute, question or remedy, howsoever arising determined exclusively by the Court of England and Wales.
